Клиент теряет соединение с сервером

Здравствуйте, я здесь новичок.

 

Это проблема у меня происходит каждый день когда я захожу в игру. Практически каждый раз когда я начинаю поиск быстрый бой или ПвЕ бой (Неважно какой тип боя), почти всегда клиент теряет соединение с сервером.

 

 

 

Да да, именно это окошка всегда всплывает почти каждый раз когда я нахожу бой. И потом после этого всегда я должен ждать когда бой окончится чтобы опять искать новый бой и где опять это ***** появится снова.

 

А еще, бывает что вроде смог присоединится к игре, и потом игра начинает грузится, но бывает такое что загрузка застревает на долго, примерно одна минута, и сбрасывает меня назад в меню где я должен войти в свой аккаунт снова (Ввести данные аккаунта, пароль и е-майл.).

 

 

Нашел я функцию создать свою игру, где можно поиграть с ботами, думал там не будет постоянно меня доставать эта всплывающаяся ошибка как в быстром бою, но нет… после 2 боев опять эта окошка всплылась.

 

 

Помогите пожалуйста! Меня это уже достало очень сильно, играть нормально не дает.

 

Игра очень интересна, покинуть игру из-за этого не хочется

 

 

Играю в другие игры как World of tanks, такие проблемы там не разу не испытывал, причем там я играю на европеском сервере. Здесь в этой игре по умолчанию поставлено всегда присоединяться к Европеский регион.

 

Помогите исправить проблему!

попробуй поменять регион на Россию или Любой, по ходу провайдер что-то косячит или антивирус(фаервол) блокирует, пробни отключить его

В разделе баг-репортов, все баг темы оформляются исключительно согласно правилам оформления баг-репортов (ссылка у меня в подписи). Вы в принципе все подробно расписали, но логи очень не помешали бы. Так же есть такая важная тема: “При потерях и прочих вещах”, там будет ссылка на скрипт “Sc_NetTest-0.4.2.rar”. Можете попробовать его прогнать, если что скажет - трейсинг тоже выложите, пожалуйста (ну и темку можете почитать, там много чего полезного написано). И ждите тех. администратора, он скоро подойдет.

Не помогло, Все равно тоже самое.

Менял регион, оключил анти-вирус… все не помогло.

  1. в вашем случае наиболее короткий маршрут будет до серверов в Европейской зоне

  2. наблюдаемые потери сетевых пакетов не обязательно обусловлены проблемами на линиях связи между вами и сервером. Это может быть вызвано и перегрузкой ресурсов вашего ПК. Не исключено, что и самой игрой.

 

Как выше уже ответили, чтобы исключить вариант проблем на канале до сервера(и самом сервере) воспользуйтесь рекомендуемым скриптом - он покажет на каком узле в цепочке до сервера  возникают проблемы связи (если таковые действительно есть).

то что вы выбрали регион - это не значит что вы всегда будете подключаться к серверам в этом регионе.  Это не проблема - это особенность работы матчмейкера в подписи есть ссылка про это

конечно, были проведены работы на одном из аплинков одного из нашего провайдера по сокращению процента потерь+ведутся работы по перераспределению серверов, уже сейчас вы должны были заметить разницу, иначе, как бы это противно не звучало,  опять нужны трейсы с pathping’ом (то что вы уже запускали)
