i do not support any option.
The reasons are as follows
Epic modules = No, that will cause specific players to be over powered, breaking combat (as a corporation of them would be unstoppable and unbalanced)
Convert to another faction = Will destroy faction identity, In fact i support the changing from one race to the next to be swapped from Credits, to 2500 GS Cost.
Ranks and stripes - If i voted, it would likely be this, Some sort of validation system for players to know this player has no life.
Synergy - No for the same reasons of epic modules, However, I would investigate this idea if it could be done with out over-powering people. One way to do that is add a synergy skill tree, that increases specific aspects of your ships performance in the game. And to start this tree at rank 1. This will in return be better for upper players, but balanced all the way. the only difference is upper players will cap out faster then lower (at release of such a system anyways).
I think the extra Exp should be converted into GS or Credits.
maybe something like 5000 exp = 10 gs.
We however, shouldent reach max skills and ship exp for at least 2-3 years of playing. This shows that the upper tiers are generating to much experience, and the experience might need a rework
I will say however, The idea of converting to GS Will help those with out money, and will help balance out the game, making it Those who dont pay, those who do, and those who earn GS.
and in this way, we will have those who earn gs, be able to compete with those who buy it, and with those who dont.
excellent way to balance GS items.
